Characters with the dating (last line on left top) are missing from the picture,

....黄啓偉於香江　-　...in Xiangjiang (Honggong)*
by Huang Qiwei (Wong Kai-wai)
Cantonese transcriptions in brackets
*Honggong (香江）is an alternative name for Hong Kong (香港） - Xianggang

Probably contemporary calligrapher.

Thanks very happy for the info, Appears to be a HK artist as you stated, I am trying to post full pictures of both pieces but image size problems are delaying me
