Subject:Information about Japanese Sake (?) Bowl /3
Posted By: Alessandra Fri, Apr 24, 2020 IP: 2.43.25.177

Third bowl, same source, an antique dealer in Tokyo. Slightly bigger than the other two (6,7 cm diameter) and totally different in style. I am very curious about this one. It is gilded on the inside and has a seal on the bottom. Can you please help me identify it or provide reference to similar objects? The bowl is clearly chipped on the rim, but this is part of its fascination for me, as I am a kintsugi restorer. Still unsure about how to deal with this one though, because of the gilded interior.

Thanks a lot in advance,

Alessandra
