同治年制　-　Tongzhi Nian-zhi - Manufactured during the reign of Tongzhi

Tongzhi (title of reign 1862-74) of Aisin-Gioro Zaichun, son of the Empress Dowager Cixi.

This doesn't necessarily mean that your porcelain comes from that time !!
