Subject:Japanese vase translation help

This is a small 6 inch vase, signed and with an inscription. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll have to pass on the inscription but can make out enough of the stylized base-mark to tell it reads down as "Jingdezhen" (景德鎮), making the vase Chinese, and rather new looking, in my opinion.

Best regards,

Bill H.

I did think it was new. Paid little for it, but thought it was pretty.

The vase is Chinese,
Bottom mark,
景徳鎮 - Jingdezhen (Porcelain capital of China)
Inscriptions,
花之韵 - Sound of flowers
癸巳年夏月 - Year of Water-Snake (1953,2013)Summer Month,
雲霞 - Yunxia (Rosy clouds) -Pseudonym of painter

With regards,
I.Nagy

Thanks so much. I wondered if it might not be Chinese.
