Subject:Jade carved statue, from which period?

Thank you, i have joined this noble forum. I hope you don't mind accepting me.
Please help me to identify and dating this jade statue.
Is this really jade stone and old? and from which period?
Your opinions and informations are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi Harry,
Your Phoenix is not jade and sadly not old.
It's made from serpentine. If you look at the last picture you posted one of the fins is chipped revealing a white surface.
The overall look is artificially stained to give the impression of age. This is a common occurrence with such items being sold in tourist type outlets.

I bought this at a price as a decorative stuff, so it's okay.
Yes, i see a white surface, which should make strong doubts.
