Subject:Is this a Snuff Bottle and can anyone date it?

Hello everyone,
Can someone Please help me date and identify if this porcelain moon flask is a snuff bottle. It appears to be large for a snuff bottle (4.0 x 4.0” (10.0 cm x 10.0 cm)) and what are the silvery specks in the darkest parts of the blue flowers and scrolls and waves. Is that part of the design? Any help would be appreciated and thank you again in advance.

Yes, it appears to be a contemporary and never tried-out porcelain container suitable for use as a snuff "pot", for refilling smaller bottles. The pattern has tell-tale fade-outs indicative of transfer decoration. But not a bad knick-knack.
