Translation of inscription,
寥落人家少　青冥鳥道深
Lonely place with few houses
Birds' way deep as the blue shadow

Citation from the Tang Dynasty poet Huanglu Ran's (皇甫冉 714-767) poem titled "Sending off a Lushan mman to Lin-Lushan"　(送廬山人歸林廬山）

that is great that we have two from Pu Ru/Xinyu

This seal can't seem to find anywhere else. seems to be rare signing as Pu Ru ?

It is among the 46 seals used by him and listed in the
二十世紀中国書画家印款辞典　(Dictionary　of Seals and Signatures of 20th Century Chinese Painters and Calligraphers) p.318-320.
