The bold title of the apparent plaque(?) looks to say "The God of Wealth is right outside the door". There's a cyclical date of what looks to be "Wuchen" (last came around in 1988), and at the end of the inscription, the assertion that Wang Dafan (1888-1961), a member of the famed "Eight Friends of Zhushan", painted the piece at Changjiang (a town near Jingdezhen).
Needless to say, there's nothing approaching the masterly painting style of Wang Dafan anywhere in sight,
