The barely discernable seal-script mark appears as No. 3149 in "The New and Revised Handbook of Marks on Chinese Ceramics" by Gerald Davison, reading as "Made by Yang Pengnian" (Yang Peng nian zao - 楊彭秊造). Yang was active at Yixing during the Qianlong and Jiaqing reign (late 18th and early 19th centuries), whereas your pot doesn't seem to show even recent use or wear, at least not in the images provided. I suspect the mark may be a fairly recent "tribute" to Peng, but perhaps more expert Yixing collectors out there will have different views.

Best regards,

Bill H.
