Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could give me more information about this item. I know it is a plaque, that the image is Confucious, and that it says, "Gift from Shandong Provincial Government."
I am wondering who would have received this, what it was for, is it of any value to anyone. I am not sure how my family came to have it.
