Top piece is an average quality soft paste crackle-glazed pottery Japanese vase for export from circa the Taisho Period (1912-26). Such items can be found selling in the USA for $25-$50 depending on condition and market.

The other one looks like Chinese-produced porcelain transfer-decorated in an ornamentation factory, probably in Macao or Hong Kong, circa the 3rd quarter of the 20th century. Cut the above retail price quote in half or lower for this piece.
