Hi David,

This is by Katsushika Hokusai, the title is Nihonbashi in Edo, from the series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji, published 1830-32, signed Zen Hokusai Iitsu hitsu.

This is a later reproduction, looks digital from the dots in the coloured areas of ink.

This is a repro of Nihonbashi in Edo (Edo Nihonbashi) (#21) from Katsushika Hokusai's famous series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (Fugaku sanjūrokkei). See link below for an original at the Metropolitan Museum.
