I found that painting on a post card. It is a known artist, or is it an otsu-e maybe ?

Signature and seal on the card read,
受佛 - Jubutsu (The one who receives Buddha -
looks like a "lay devotee's" name)

The name of sender of the postcard is the same as that of the artist;
Nakagawa Jubutsu (中川受佛)from Yanagikōji -Kyōto
The addressee was Nishimura Kiyoshi (西村清)in Shinmachi - Kyōto
On the postcard he thanks for a received post parcel.
It was postmarked on February 19,1911 in Kyōto

I could not find artist with this name.

With regards,
I.Nagy
