Guangzhou born famous painter. First class artist.
Enjoying special allowances from the State Council. Used to be the president of Guangzhou Painting Academy. Vice chairman of Guandong Artists Association etc.

Thanks very much for the information. Unfortunately got out bid for the scroll in an online auction. Got a little pricey for my blood.
