Subject:Wood Cut or something other print

Today I found this little Asian Picture.
It seems to be Japanese. But my problem is I can not read the signature. Now I really hope that some asian experts can help me or say what it is. I am from Switzerland.

Upper seal,

Unfortunately, the lower seal is too smudged to real.

Yoshitani Seika 吉谷清馨　(?-1925)
Paintress in the Meiji era. Learned painting at Kishi Chikado.
