Can anyone help me identify this teapot? I think it's Japanese but I would like your opinion. I would also like to have the translation of the writing on the side.

It is Japanese,
Inscription,
お茶は静岡　-　O-cha wa Shhizuoka　-　Tea is Shizuoka
