Hello. I came across this book of block printed art with brushed in touches. It has twelve pages. I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me something about it.

I don't think these are prints but hand painted.I have had similar in the past and they were basically an exercise book.There should be semi-complete paintings outline sketches and completed works.Late Edo early Meiji and they used to be quite common,not so much now as these are the first ones I have seen since mine and that was over 20 years ago.Hope this helps
