品若梅花香在骨　人如秋水玉為神
The noble fragrance of plum blossom is in her bones
Her human being is like autumn waters and jades for gods
陳香梅女子　-　*Madam Chen Xiangmei
大雅恵正　　-　A lady of refinement and kindness
歳在九Ｘ生之月吉日於盛京　-
On an auspicious day of her birth month in her ninety and Xth birth year
華勝書　-　Painted by Huasheng (Signature)
Seal,
趙華勝　-　Zao Huasheng (Full name of painter)

*Madam Chen Xiangmei (Anna Chennault) 1925-2018
Prominant member of US China lobby - Pls refer to FGoogle for further details)

Zao Huasheng (b.1939) in Changchun, Jilin province
Native of Shandong Tai'an, Famous contemporay painter.
Former Dean of Liaoning Painting Academy, now a consultant. Founder of the Guandong School of new painters.
