Can anyone help to identify these two pictures please.

Very individual very hard to read "Iron nail style" (鐵釘流)　inscription.
Title,
唐人對棊圖　-　Tang peoples playing qi (Chess)
辛巳夏日冩　-　Painted on a Summer Day in the Year of Metal-Snake (2001)
Ⅹ X X X 居　　(Four characters in the signature are illegible to me)
Tｈe upper seal reads,
李　-　Li - Surname of artist
The lower seal is too blurred to read.
