Subject:Delightful vase with no markings

This is a nice vase which may be Chinese...I'm not sure.
It appears 'dirty' but it seems to be part of the decoration. The colours are a lovely blue/green. The glaze appears to be of a matt colour.
I cannot find any marking; so does anybody recognise the style? Could this be Chinese?
The vase is approximately 15cm tall x 12cm diameter.
