I would greatly appreciate your help translating the calligraphy on this old Chinese tile. Unfortunately, it has an old repair running through words. Thank you!

南ｘ李ｘ氏ｘ作　-　Nan X, Made by Master Li X
(Unfortunately I can't read all the characters,
they are very individualistic)
