Subject:help in identifying the artist of my painting

Can somebody please look at my painting and help me understand the artists seal and who it is. also the inscription
would be nice to know what it says. All i know is that it was bought in china about 18 years ago in a gallery. I would be very grateful.

The beginning of colophon with the dating is too cursive to decipher
Signature,
王穎畫　- Picture of Wang Ying - Surname and given name of female artist -
Seal,
王穎之印　-　Seal of Wang Ying

I couldn't identify the artist.
