呉青霞冩 - Painted by Wu Qingxia
於滬上 - In Shanghai

Wu Qingxia 　呉青霞　1910-2008
Famous Shanghai style paintress. Daughter of art collector and connoisseur Wu Zhongxi.
Was a member of Chinese Artists Association, Director of Shanghai Association of Chinese Artists, Director of China International Culture Exchange Center etc.
