Subject:Japanese Themed Metal Table Screen - Marked

Hi,

I am hoping for help with this table screen (if that is what it is), in determining the manufacturer/artist - I am guessing this piece is early 20th Century or a little earlier, and Japanese, but can't tell much more. The piece appears to be copper from the area where the patina has been disturbed. I appreciate any thoughts on this piece and its maker!

The signature reads 'Tôkôsai' (東光斎).
