Subject:Need Verification on Dating this Japanese Satsuma Meiji Mille Fleur Vase

After scouring the internet …. Am I correct in believing this is a Japanese Satsuma Mille Fleur vase from the Meiji period ( 1868-1912) ?

The mark reads: Satsuma 薩摩.
Looking at the decoration and the way this was painted and comparing it with Meiji Japanese mille fleurs art, it is in my believe not Meiji, but 1920's - 1930's.

The plate is an outstanding beauty.

I agree it's a beautiful plate and it looks to me late Meiji.
