Can someone help me to identify this vase.
Misure: 16.8x7 cm.
Can it be from the 19th century?

This is a Zhongguo Jingdezhen Zhi ( China Jingdezhen made) Possibly modern mark c. 1970 or later

Based on the pictures posted it is my opinion that your vase is late 20th century.
Based on the style and skill of painting along with the glaze.
