Subject:Age of vase, origin and signature

I’m posting this again due to my photos not being added to the original post I made so it doesn’t show in the index as having any pictures.

My mum inherited this from an elderly neighbour who always maintained that it was very old and quite valuable. I’m not bothered about it’s worth but would love to know more about it as it does appear pretty old!
