Subject:Chinese - what does the signs say?

Hi, I bought this in Beijing 1995 and would really like to know what it says and who the painter is. Met this painter at an art exhibition. Also got a painting by his little daughter! Hope someone can help me :)

This is the little daughter

黄山群松　-　Mt.Huang - a group of pines
甲戌年之秋作　-　Made in the Year of Wood-Dog (1994) in Autumn

Unfortunately both of the seals are illegibly
smudged.
