Subject:Japanese vase with spur marks? Chizou style?

Dear forum members
Please give your comments on this odd piece. Its a first time I encounter a vase like that. It has 4 spur marks on the inside. The style looks like Chizou with Okinawan vibe. There is an inscription on the side but barely visible.
