My reading of colophon,
丁夘年暑月　-　Year of Fire-Rabbit (1987) in the Month of Heat (June, Lunar calendar)
Signature,
長貴作　-　Made by Zhanggui
Seal,
長貴之印　-　Seal of Zhanggui

I can't find the artist's name anywhere.
