Title,
三桃 - Three peaches (Top 木 beneath 兆、variant form of 桃)
一九七十年七月 - In July of 1970
Signature,
濟公 - Jigong - Pseudonym (Refers to a popular folklore figure from the Song Dynasty, dubbed as Ji the Mad Monk
Seal,
嚌活佛 - Ji Huófó - Ji the Buddha incarnate

The above pseudonym belonged to Yan Jiyuan 晏濟元 1901-2011
Born in Maoshi, Neijiang, Sichuan province. Guohua painter, in 1926 graduated from college in Chengdu.Studied in the Sino-Franch Institute in Shanghai. Between 1933-40 studied at several universities in Japan.After returning to Beijing he met Zhang Daqian and jointly held exhibition in Chengdu. He had deep friendship with Guo Moruo, Yu Youren, Xie Wuliang etc. After WWII continued painting chiefly in Sichuan. Known for his paintings of birds and flowers.
