Subject:NEED HELP WITH HALLMARK/MARKING ID
Posted By: laura medley Thu, Aug 22, 2019 IP: 74.120.47.234

Bought this Bracelet on Ebay from a seller in China claiming for it to be antique Tibetan Silver > Found simular items online that stated it is "gun-jin" or "Jungin Meiji" but cannot find more info. Interested in the time period and that this is silver>> seems like it is!

Thank you in advance <3

足銀 - Zuyin (Foot silver)
It is the Chinese hallmark of high purity silver, where the silver content does not fall below 990/1000.
With regards,
I.Nagy

"Zu Yin - 足銀" means "Pure Silver", to which I'd add (since spending a lot of time in Asia), "If you're lucky!". Your bangle actually looks respectable and full of luck, what with designs of a cash coin and pairs of bats and goldfish, each icon brimming with good fortune.

Best regards,

Bill H.
