Subject:Yixing Teapot with Calligraphy and Stamp

Hallo all.
I'm reasonably confident this is a nice Yixing Teapot with a delightful bird/foliage design on one side.
Could somebody please assist in translating the calligraphy on the side of the teapot and identifying the maker (and thus the age) by the stamp on the base? There is also a small round mark inside the lid of the teapot.
