I can tell you what the characters are, but I cannot tell you exactly what it means.I have some ideas, but I wait for more knowledgable people to comment.

The mark reads Made by Lao An Shun (Lao means old, so it could refer to someone known as Old AnShun, but that's just a guess}.

I have looked after the above mark on the Chinese language net and found out the followings,
This 老安順製 (Old Anshun) mark can be associated
with the Zhang (章)family of Chaozhou (Guandong) whose lineage has been passed down for five generations from the Qing Dynasty.
