Subject:Horn Libation Cup - Genuine?
Posted By: jerry Sat, Jul 27, 2019 IP: 24.209.216.178 I have a chance to bid on a libation cup in a local auction, but I do not know whether it is genuine. It is listed as horn and that it is old, but the markings seem too crisp to be hand carved to me. I also do not know the meaning of the markings. Any help would be appreciated. Guess you can tell I'm an amateur.
