Subject:Chinese Teapot No 1

Hallo all.
Can you please help identify/translate the calligraphy on this delightful teapot with the interesting finial, so that I can identify the maker and therefore the age?
There is also a mark inside the lid.
It is 11cm wide and 8cm tall.
