I would love to find this print, but I don't know its name or the artist! I believe it is of Commodore Perry's black ship in Tokyo Bay.

This is the reverse side of the print, depicting
the arrival of Comodore Perry's black ship off the coast of Uraga

Your picture is reverse.

The artist name is Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (月岡芳年).

The one you show is a mirror image of the original. Do you want an original? It is by Yoshitoshi. You can buy a copy here:
