Posted By: Bill H Fri, Jul 05, 2019 Decorative panels like this were produced for sale in great numbers by Hong Kong and other Asian factories during the 3rd and 4th quarters of the 20th century using semiprecious materials, including fashioned bone and dyed stone. In addition to wall hangings like yours, they're also found as standing screens. Such products were staples in American military exchange stores on Asian bases around during the Vietnam War period. |
