This manuscript is written on 22 palm leaves, its dimensions are 21x4.5cm. It is probably at least 70-100 years old. It seems to be written in brahmic script. I assume that the leaves are not shown upside down, but I am not sure. Could you tell me what script and language this is?

It looks like the manuscript is in Sinhalese, probably from Sri Lanka

Yes I agree, I have been comparing with old sinhalese, and there are definitely letters in common, like the b බ , g ග , final punctuation ෴  , or the colon-like final.

But others seem absent, at least in the sample that I have, like the y-shaped letter in the top left corner of the enclosed image.
The letter repeated on the right might be a number, it has some resemblance to the ancient 5.

At least I know that I am not reading the palm leaf upside down.

I asked a forum about languages, and I was told that this is indeed a text in sinhalese, about medicine.

This is a difinietly Sinhalese manuscript, looks like medicine ,and can you give me a pdf of this Manuscript?
