Subject:Watercolor artist signature assistance

Thank you to all who offer assistance in this forum. It is greatly appreciated!

Attaching two pictures of the art and of the signature from a piece I obtained at an estate sale over the weekend. The owner had some higher end woodblock prints in her collection, but this was the piece that wanted to come home with me.

I would be grateful for any assistance on artist and/or age range of the piece. Kind thanks!

Imoto Tekiho 井元荻浦　1909-?
Born in Oita-prefecure. Learned Nanga style landscape drawing at Domoto Insho's painting school in Kyoto. His works have been exhibited in Berlin and Paris. His irresistible style was
popular in pre-war Japan.

As the other poster mentioned Urushibara Mokuchu, I found very similar works when looking yesterday, but the signature was different.
