Subject:Ink stone signature Chinese/Japanese?

This large ink stone is 20x15 cm 2,5 kg. Looks to be used extensively with some age to it. The box have some unreadable markings and the stone itself. Trying to figure out if it belonged to any known artist and the possible age.

It is Japanese inkstone from Yamanashi prefecture.
