Subject:Silk painting by 1980’s Singaporean artist
Posted By: Michelle Meyer-Masterson Sat, May 18, 2019 IP: 188.29.165.217

Hi,
Can anyone help identify the name of the artist who painted this picture please? We watched the artist paint it as we were the lucky winners of a prize draw in Singapore when we were living there in the early 80s.

We’d love to know the meaning of the chrysanthemum flowers and the bees. Also what the Mandarin(?) writing translates as.

Many thanks for any help you can offer.
