Subject:Small Delicate Teacup - Chinese?

Good morning all.

This cup is light in weight and appears to be finely made.
It is decorated both externally and internally.
It is 8cm tall and 6cm in diameter.
It is in lovely condition other than an internal hairline crack.

I should like to try and date this cup: can anybody can read the mark on the base or does anyone recognise the style?
