Subject:Chinese silver vase

Can anyone recognize what the symbol on the bottom means or the age of the vase? Does anyone know anything about the vase?

Flipped 90-degrees right and with enhanced contrast, the mark appears to read as 寳成 (Baocheng), literally "Value Perfected".

My query of the characters via Google didn't show anything that looked to be identifiable with a silver company.

Best regards,

Bill H.
