昭和十一年於巴里　- 11th Year of Shōwa (1936) in Paris
Signature,
勝郎 HARA - Katsurō Hara

Hara Katsurō　原勝郎　1889-1966
Born in Sanba-gun, Chiba prefecture, learned Western painting in the Aoibashi Western Painting Research Institute. In 1926 he went to Paris with his wife Sumiko who was a Western style painter too. His works were repeatedly selected to the Salon.
