I need help identifiying this inscriptions on two 20th century chinese landscape paintings.

甲子年三月寫　－Painted in the Year of Wood-Rat (..1924,1984) March Month

No.2,
癸亥冬月画　-　Painted in the Year of Water-Boar
(...1923,1983) Winter Month

The first family name character is equally illegibly dim in both seal impressions. The remaining part reads,
口陽國画　－Picture of 口 Yangguo

The seal is too hard to read.
