I can’t make out the first name, but the last name of the artist is Pornsiri.

**** Pornsiri 10/7/41 - probably 10th of July, 2541 (Buddhist Era), or 1998 AD.

At the bottom is the monk’s name: Luang Pu Thuad (or Luang Pu Thuat)

He's a very famous monk. Google him.

Is that an original drawing or a print? It's taken from a well known color portrait of the monk.
