Subject:Opinions of characters on bronze ?censer
Posted By: Liam Tue, Apr 02, 2019 IP: 82.46.100.90

Hello. I have a bronze vessel, rectangular, roughly 20cm x 12cm, 8cm high, which looks to me like a censer dating from possibly the early C19th, possibly Japanese, though it was sold as a Chinese flower planter. The marks on the bottom look to me like they read 丸龍, but I'm not utterly convinced of the first. I've tried all combinations using similar characters (I read and write Chinese) e.g. 戊, 凡, 戎, but can't find anything online. Can anyone confirm what the characters are? Many thanks in advance 感謝大家的幫助!
