Need help Identify the artist of these small drawings

These are the so-called Ǒtsu-e (大津繪)
Simple color woodblock prints mostly from unknown artists with humorous motifs, that were sold in the Edo period in the city of Ǒtsu, at the last stop of Tōkaidō and Nakasendō before the capital Kyōto was reached.
