Subject:identifying a seal
Posted By: Haiko Hoffmann Tue, Mar 19, 2019 IP: 92.213.30.188

hello,
a fried has four framed silk paintings (ca. 40x14 cm), but he doesn't know who the artist was. I made some photos, and I guess it's from the 2nd half of the 20th century. May be.
Does anybody know the seal - and what are the titles of the paintings? Please write the hanzi spellings and the meanings. That would be very nice. The link I've given.

Bye and many thanks!

The seal ist still not identified – but I hope to have found the titles of the paintings as follows:

鲁南 Lǔnán (a region in the Shandong province),

古膝 Gǔxī (perhaps a place in the area of Nanjing in the Jiangsu Province)

龙泉 Lóngquán (disktrict and also a name of mountains in the Sichuan province, within of Chengdu) ...

and 壬申年 (rénshēn nián) is the "Year of the Monkey", which was in the last two centuries in 1812, 1872, 1932 and 1992 - and will be next in 2052

May be the paintings (prints?) were for a New Year as gift. The owner was an old lady. ...

Is it correct what I found out? Can anybody confirm or correct me?

And finally, does anybody has an idea who’s seal it might be?
